ZWILLING® Spirit non-stick fry pans represent the latest synthesis of materials and design for optimal frying.
The SIGMA® Clad 2 ply base construction ensures quick, balanced, rim-to-rim heat without fear of hotspots when used on any cooktop, including induction. In the past non-stick fry pans would perform well only at low temperatures. Our new Thermolon™ Granite ceramic coating provides excellent no-stick performance and is safe to use up to 450ªC/850ªF. ZWILLING® Spirit with Thermalon™ Granite ceramic coating is also more durable so you can use metal utensils without fear of surface damage and clean-up is a cinch. The side panels incorporate a greater slope and when combined with the sculpted handle, enable more control when flipping without compromising sauté/searing functionality. The whole package is presented with a delicate brushed stainless steel exterior to reduce the appearance of stains and scratches.
